3 nos boiled and mashed potato
1 cups poha
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 nos chopped onion
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/4 cups ground nuts
1/4 cups red chilly powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala powder
3 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Wash and strain the poha to remove the the excess water. Grind the groundnuts coarsely in a grinder.
Now mix all the ingredients together and shape them as Tikkis.
Now shallow fry the Tikkis and serve.
